The Desert Ironwoods Resort was originally built in the 1950s. It has gone through several owners and improvements. Bob Hipchen purchased it in 1998 as an investment. Now it has become a full time dream come true that he shares with his wife, Susan and his daughter, Rachael.
We currently have 145 camp sites that are rented on a month to month basis. We are proud that some of the tenants have been here over 30 years with the third generation experiencing the desert. We have 12 motel rooms, a store and a newly remodeled pool area as well as secure RV storage available. We are on 53 acres which provides the opportunity of an open venue for special events
